I'm not good at character design, but I'll sometimes have a go if someone asks me. These were done for a production company a few months back, and I haven't heard anything since so I guess they're not using them.

looks pretty damn good character design from here Mike.
I agree, they look fine, but the most important thing about a character is the context and how good their lines are. For instance, Graham is a fairly simple character, but he's got one of the smartest and funniest kinds of humour i've seen.
